* Sun-glass and Sun screen    

* A pair of Binoculars

* Camera with spare batteries and battery charger as well as plenty of spare memory cards.

*Khaki , Olive , black , stone , grey , light cloth and warm jacket or jersey/ flies  

 

MEDICAL  ASSISTANCE

Touchlife tours safari carry first Aid kit in the safari vehicles, however we cannot cover everything ,if you have any medical problems or medical conditions please bring enough medication with ,we suggest you to speak to your local Doctor or Health care provider and take an action on he /she have recommended to you:

General Botswana is a hot dry semi-Desert climate

Summer-  September  to April and the hottest month of summer is October ,with daytime temperature up to 40% and night temperature dropping into the twenties, Winter-may to August and the coldest month of winter July ,night temperature can reach up to 5% but this is very uncommon but during the day it warms up to 25-30 degrees.

FOOD

All meals and drinks are provided ,please inform us if you are allergic to any food or if you have any special requirements ,water and local beer, wine and soft drinks are provided, while as tea and coffee are available at all times.

 

 

VISA

 

Please make sure you know well in advance before travelling whether you need visa for your destination country. We can help you with information and advice, but the final application and responsibility for obtaining a visa rest with you.

 

PASSPORT

 

If you are travelling to South Africa your passport must be valid at least  for one month ( 30 days) after your return date. Other countries require your passport to be valid at least  six months before your return date.

 

ZAMBIA AND ZIMBABWE

 

Guests travelling to Zambia or Zimbabwe are required to buy visa at the border. It is currently 30US to 50US dollars depending on your nationality.

 

NB Guests travelling from Zambia to South Africa are required to have YELLOW FEVER INOCULATION AND CERTIFICATE. Please consult your doctor before travelling.
